Tiffany Legington Graham

With over 25 years of experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Tiffany Graham is a dynamic and effective certified fund raising executive (CFRE) who delivers transformative results for nonprofits through a holistic data-driven, strategic approach. She is the founder and principal consultant of Mission360 Strategies, a boutique consultancy serving nonprofits in the areas of fundraising counsel, strategic and operational planning, and board and staff development.
Tiffany’s previous experience includes serving as the Chief Marketing & Development Officer for the National Civil Rights Museum, delivering year-over-year fundraising success through data-informed strategies, new technologies and building strong national relationships and partnerships. She also served as Vice President of Gift Planning (Individual & Foundation Giving) at ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital driving strategies and overseeing revenue linescumulatively totaling $700M, and has held other fundraising leadership roles in higher education at Tulane University and University of Memphis, and in arts andculture at Levine Museum of the New South and the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Arts+Culture.
Tiffany began her career in retail and consumer products strategy consulting, where she spent a decade working with C-level executives of some of the nation’s best known brands to drive multi-million dollar strategy development, organizational redesign, supply chain management, and process improvement initiatives.
Tiffany holds a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Southern California, as well as an M.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a member of Leadership Tennessee Class XI, the Dean’s Advisory Council for the University of Memphis College of Education, a graduate of Leadership Memphis and Leadership Charlotte, and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill ofAmerica, Inc. and the Memphis Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
