Equality for ALL by Making Political Gender Parity the New Normal
NWPC Foundation supports NWPC’s education and training programs for the national organization and the state and local caucuses.
In 2012, the National Women’s Political Caucus launched the NWPC Foundation with the express purpose of building an endowment fund to provide a reliable income stream for the national organization, as well as its state and local affiliate chapters. The funds are used for leadership development, education, membership outreach and research projects.
The NWPC Foundation is a 501(C)3 nonprofit. Its funds are deposited at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation.
NWPC Foundation funds are distributed through an annual, competitive grants program restricted to NWPC Inc., LDERF (Leadership, Development, Education and Research Fund), and NWPC state and local affiliate chapters for their programs, events, publications and activities that fit within 501(c)3 guidelines.
